Kyrie Irving said he has no physical restrictions from the left ACL tear that sidelined him for 19 months. The Dallas Mavericks guard addressed reporters at Sept. 25 media day, his first media availability since the March 3, 2025 injury, and said he is ready to return. Dallas opens preseason play Oct. 9 in Macao before starting the regular season Oct. 21 at Houston. A specific game-return date has not been announced.
