Nuggets' Ball Arena Gets $135M Renovation
Nuggets.com says KSE targets completion before the 2028-29 season.

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment will invest an estimated $135 million to renovate Ball Arena, the Denver Nuggets announced. The phased project will expand the east atrium, add a glass façade, widen concourses, upgrade point-of-sale systems and create three new premium clubs. Construction is expected to finish before the 2028-29 NBA and NHL seasons, with a site plan submitted to Denver on Friday. The arena opened as Pepsi Center in 1999 and remains the Nuggets’ downtown home.
